Floor plan
Floor plans are a great way to show prospective buyers how you navigate around your home. It clearly shows important factors like staircase positions, windows, doors and a general view of the sizes of each room in proportion to each other. It is a floor space guide and not a professional architect floor plan, as a result window and doors are standard sizes for information purposes only.
By having a floor plan layout guide it should diminish the chances of a buyer giving feedback such as "there was no downstairs bathroom", " or "we were looking for a property with a hallway instead of entering straight into the lounge", which should limit the amount of time wasting viewing appointments.
